New condo launches
PropNex’s latest condo launches, with floor plans, pricing and viewing registration, are listed on my agent page. Browse them there, then talk to me before you commit to anything.
What I check before recommending any launch
- Whether your loan and cash limits can comfortably carry the purchase
- The price per square foot against nearby resale units and recent launches
- The payment schedule and the timeline to completion
- Whether the project suits your plan: staying, renting out or reselling
